The time has come...

There is just as much anticipation over here as there is in the United States. It feels like the whole world is waiting with baited breath. Will history be made? What kind of changes are we awaiting?
This was my first chance to vote for the president, and my absentee ballot was safely sent weeks ago. Now, it is your turn. I know who Ireland is rooting for. What about you?
In the words of an Irishman from a pub in Belfast:
"Obama fo' yo' mama!"

I stumbled on your blog through facebook. It's awesome, great job! I thought I was the only one who wrote such long, detailed blog posts, but I think you have me beaten. Keep it up! -Steve

Hey Angela! Our computer was in the shop, so I'm finally catching up again. Got your postcard-thanks so much! Your mom also called Saturday with your 'news'. I have to say I snickered a little. I still say it's a much better alibi than tripping over the curb coming out of the library! Emily and I went up to visit St Ben's last week-we both liked it ALOT! I personally think it would be a wonderful fit for her. I guess she will be the final call on that.
Keep on writing-having fun-creating adventures!
Karen

Traveling mercies: love the journey, God is with you, come home safe and sound.
